摘    要:介绍国内最大双梁全门式1 100 t起重机的构造和特点,用有限元软件ANSYS对该起重机三类荷载组合中一些工况进行仿真分析,获得结构的应力和变形。通过不同荷载工况下测试结果与计算结果的比较,验证了仿真分析的可靠性,为该类型起重机设计分析提供了方法手段。

Abstract:This paper presents the structure and structural features of the 1 100-t double-beam crane of fully portal type,the biggest crane of its kind in China.By means of finite element software ANSYS,the paper conducts the simulation analysis of some of the load cases in three kinds of load combinations of the crane,and obtains the stress and deformation of the carne structure.Through comparison of test results of the crane to those of the calculations under different load cases,the paper also verifies the reliability of the simulation analysis,and therefore provides the ways and means for the design and analysis of the crane of similar kind.
