| Abstract: | Based on the importance and standard of views on interests,the paper points out that anomie in terms of views on interests leads to issues of the Party＇s style of work,and puts forward a series of countermeasures,i.e.establishing a system with restraints on interests and democratic supervision,improving academic appraisal and motivation system,optimizing the system of interest distribution,and so on. |
