| 摘 要： | 文章从国内航海类高等院校国防教育的特殊性着手,详细阐述了航海类高校国防教育中的认识与实践误区,提出切实转变国防教育的战略观念、提高国防教育质量、加大与海军部队的合作共建、突出国防教育的海防特色等措施,以全面提升航海类高校国防教育的内涵建设成效,储备优秀海防后备资源。

| Abstract: | In view of the speciality of education on national defense at maritime colleges,the paper elaborates on the misunderstandings involved in theory and practice,and puts forward a series of countermeasures,i.e.changing the strategic notion,improving the educational quality,strengthening cooperation with the Navy,highlighting the features of coastal defense,and etc.,in hopes of promoting the connotation construction in an all-round way and affording the qualified talents in this regard. |
