摘    要:变革的工作环境下,组织和员工不断进行着彼此之间心理契约的调整和重建,与此相适应,灵活性和适应性成为有效职业生涯管理的标志。本文将从以上三个方面对此展开讨论,重点从组织的视角对员工职业生涯管理提出应对意见。
