摘    要:某款电动客车因集中于车架中部的电池较重,导致车架中部结构应力较大,存在较大缺陷。通过添加斜梁把中部结构从超静定梁结构转化为三角桁架结构,改善中部结构的应力状态;同时取消冗余管梁设计,达到结构轻量化的目的。

Abstract:The stress is rather high of an electric bus mid-structure, due to the heavy battery centralized on its mid- dle chassis-frame. There is considerable defect for the frame. By adding oblique beams to the dangerous region to change the dominant bending stress into the axial pull-press stress, the maximum stress is below the yield stress. Besides, the redundant members is removed to get a lightweight structure.
