摘 要: | 针对当前旋转机械故障诊断系统在数据存储管理方面存在的不足,提出了一种采用通用数据库系统进行数据管理的方法。介绍了旋转机械故障诊断系统中数据库的组成和分类,并设计了数据库的访问接口。将系统采集的数据用二进制方式进行表示,并且解决了大量长二进制数据的存储和读取问题,从而提高了系统的运行效率。

Abstract: | In order to overcome shortcomings in data management of current fault diagnosis system for rotating machinery, a method of data management using database technique is proposed. The data characteristic of the system is analyzed; the database structure is discussed, and the interface of database access is designed. To improve the efficiency of the system, the sampled data is represented by binary mode, and the storage and access problem of a batch of long binary data in the system is solved. |
