| 摘 要： | 加大高等级公路交通管理力度，发挥ITS（智能交通系统）新技术在事故救援中的作用，普及交通事故紧急救护知识，对于减少交通事故危害具有非常重要的意义。随着高等级公路的发展和交通需求量的增长，高等级公路的紧急救援系统必将发挥越来越重要的功能和作用。

| Abstract: | It is significant for reduction of traffic accidents to strengthen the management for traffic of high-grade highway and make ITS play its actions in accident rescue system., and communize the knowledge for accidents rescue. With the developing of high-grade highway and the increasing of traffic demanding, the high-grade highway rescue system must play more and more important action. |
