| 摘 要： | 系统集成作为一种新兴的项目管理方式,是近年来国际信息服务业中发展势头最快的项目管理方式.系统集成是以用户的应用需求和投入资金的规模为出发点,综合应用各种相关技术,适当选择各种软硬件设备等措施,使集成后的系统能满足用户对实际工作的要求.针对系统集成的管理方式、发展方向和管理特点,重点介绍了系统集成在城市轨道交通建设中的几种具体应用方式和管理特点,对系统集成商的人员配置提出了具体要求,为今后轨道交通建设提供了一种管理思路和方法.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces several application modes of system integration,disscusses the management characteristics of this system in urban rail transit construction,especially from the aspects of management mode,future development and management characteristics.In the paper,detailed requirements of staff configuration for system integration enterprise is proposed,which will provide a kind of managment method for future urban rail transit construction. |
