取力发电机组检测装置的设计

摘    要:提出了一种基于工控机的取力发电机组检测装置,该系统具有自动和手动两种操作方式,由工控机、多功能卡、串行通讯卡、各种传感器及电气设备组成,采用无刷直流电机作为驱动电机,软件采用Windows XP操作系统和LabView开发,可实时检测机组的电压、电流、功率及转速、扭矩、轴功率等参数等,测量结果直观、迅速、可靠性高,极大提高了维修后测试的效率。

Abstract:Presented a testing device for torque extraction generating set based on IPC with automatic and manual operation. The hardware consisted of IPC, multifunction cards, communication card, kinds of sensor and electric equipment, and driven by the brushless dc motor. The software was Windows XP and LabView technology that could measure voltage, current, power, rotate speed, torque and axis power etc real-time. The test result showed that it had the characteristics of high reliability, rapidity and intuition that could greatly improve testing efficiency after maintenance.
