| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了一种新型IGBT驱动器2SC0435T的主要功能、参数设置及使用特点。以驱动infineon公司的IGBT为例,给出了2SC0435T在直接模式下的外围应用电路,并对应用中的关键问题进行了分析和讨论,同时给出了在不同条件下的驱动波形。通过工程实践,验证该驱动器具有良好的驱动能力及保护性能。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the main functions,parameter setting and application features of the new IGBT driver 2SC0435T.To drive infineon’s IGBT,for example,the external application circuit of the 2SC0435T in direct mode was given,the key issues in application were analyzed and discussed,and driving waveform under different conditions was listed.By means of engineering practice,the results show that the driver has good capability and protection function. |
