水雷气密检测方法的高精度改进

摘    要:介绍了工业上常用的几种密封(泄漏)检测方法,同时对比常见的几种水雷气密检测方法和不足,引入了用氢气检漏仪对水雷战斗准备中气密检测进行改进,从而显著提高检测精度,简化检测手段,大大提高水雷战时保障速度。

Abstract:The detection theory,detection method,and sensitivity of application of each leak testing method were described in detail.In order to improve the mine technical support level,comparing to the traditional ways of mine air-tight detection this article puts forward an airtightness detecting device which uses Hydrogen leak test to detect the airtightness of mine parts,which has a high automatization and improved detection precision and speed.
