基于LabVIEW电液压力伺服阀测试台设计与实现

摘    要:采用目前工业上应用广泛的虚拟仪器(LabVIEW)技术,将虚拟仪器应用到电液压力伺服检测系统中,输入信号由计算机的虚拟数字信号源产生,输出信号通过虚拟仪器的软件面板显示,由计算机数据采集卡(DAQ)对各项检验参数。本系统能够实现电液压力伺服系统的自动测试,并采用自定义的人机界面,界面友好操作方便。

Abstract:This thesis focuses the test system of electro-hydraulic servo valve,with both mechanical and electrical design,proposing applying simulation device technology(LabVIEW),which is widely used in the industry,to the test system of electro-hydraulic servo valve.Input signal is generated by computer visual signal.Output signal is shown on simulation device display panel.Computer data acquisition card(DAQ) various testing parameters.This system enables automatic testing of hydraulic servo-valve with user friendly customized man-machine interface.
