空分制氧控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:文章以某15,000m3/h空分装置为实例,介绍了空分制氧机的工艺流程,并据此设计了空分DCS控制系统,系统以ABBAC800F作为DCS控制核心,并辅以BENTLY 3500系列振动位移监测系统,用于实现整套空分设备的数据监视、控制、报警、连锁。文章还系统分析了空分系统防喘振控制的原理和关键控制方法,并据此给出了防喘振控制阀的控制方法。

Abstract:Taking the 15,000m3/h air separation unit for the example,the process flow of the air separating oxygen generator is introduced,and based on the above technology,the air separating DCS control system is designed.The DCS system takes ABB AC800F as the controlling core,and is assisted by the BENTLY 3500 serial vibrating and displacement monitoring system,so as to realize the data monitoring,controlling,alarm and interlock of the whole air separating unit.The control theory and key control methods of anti-surge controlling is analyzed in detailed.Then,the controlling method of the anti-surge controlling valve is also illustrated.
