摘    要:提出运用云理论和数据包络分析(DEA)方法,对炮兵指挥信息系统作战效能评估进行研究。构建指标体系,通过统计建立状态数据样本集,建立云模型,对系统作战效能进行评估,得到一组指标的云向量,再对指标体系建立CCR评估模型,得到另一组指标评估值;最后将这两组评估值综合,得到最终的评估结果。

Abstract:Based on the application of cloud theory and the DEA method,the artillery wheeled command vehicle system operational effectiveness evaluation is researched.Construction of index system,through the statistics to establish state data sample set,establish the cloud model,this system combat effectiveness evaluation,obtain a group of index vector cloud,then the index system evaluation model CCR,get another set of indicators to assess the value of the two group.The final evaluation value,to get the final evaluation result.
