| 摘 要： | 采用ＤＹＮＡＦＯＲＭ和ＬＳ－ＤＹＮＡ３Ｄ软件，对轿车行李箱内盖板、轻型车减振器支架、ＣＡ４８８发动机油底壳等几个复杂冲压件的成形过程进行数值分析，利用数值模拟技术成功地解决了这些零件在生产和测试中出现的质量问题。

| Abstract: | The numerical analysis is performed on the forming process of complicated stamping parts, such as inner panel of car luggage compartment, shock absorber bracket of light truck, and oil pall of CA488 engines etc. with DYNAFORM software. Quality problems of these parts emerged in the production and adjustment test has been successfully resolved using numerical simulation techniques. |
