基于Cosmosworks的转向架刚度试验台优化设计分析

摘    要:通过Cosmos works有限元分析软件,以一承载横梁的优化分析为例,对转向架刚度试验台的整体设计进行了优化。优化结果表明:在满足试验台测试强度的前提下,试验台的体积和质量均明显减小。应用该方法对试验台进行优化设计不仅降低了设计成本,也提高了设计效率。

Abstract:By using finite element analysis software Cosmosworks,citing the optimum analysis of bogie bolster,we made a whole optimum for the bogie stiffness test-bed.The results show that bulk and weight were minified in the precondition of the test-bad intensity.The method reduces the experiment cost and enhances the design efficiency.
