| Abstract: | In view of a range of tort problems concerning internship of vocational college students,this article puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of amending related laws,expanding the scope of laborers and clarifying the identities of students taking internship so as to guarantee their legitimate rights and interests. |
