| 摘 要： | 城市轨道交通项目投资巨大,采用BOT融资方式进行建设具有重大意义。介绍了BOT的基本概念和实施程序,分析了城市轨道交通建设采用BOT方式的优越性,研究了BOT项目在国内外的实践及我国BOT项目实施中存在的问题,对我国城市轨道交通建设采用BOT方式提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Urban rail transit (URT) construction involves huge investment. The application of BOT mode therefore has far-reaching significance. Basic concept of BOT mode and its construction procedures are presented. The advantages, if the BOT mode is adopted in URT construction, are analysed. The practical application of BOT mode both in China and abroad, and the practical problems encountered in its application in China are studied. Some suggestions on applying BOT mode in URT construction in our country are put forward. |
