| 摘 要： | 根据本质安全管理的基本原理和内涵,结合神华集团包神铁路公司本质安全管理的特点,设计了铁路运输企业本质安全管理系统的总体结构、主要应用功能和核心业务流程.将该系统应用于铁路运输企业,可为实现铁路运输企业本质安全管理的目标提供有力的技术保障手段.

| Abstract: | Based on the basic principles and content for safety management,combined with the features of intrinsically safe package management for Baoshen Railway Company for the Intrinsically Security Management System,the overall structure,main function of applications and core business processes were designed.The System could be used in railway transport enterprises to implement the objectives of intrinsically safety management,provide strong technical support means. |
