| 摘 要： | 随着我国高速铁路的发展,如何提高旅客服务质量、保障旅客方便快捷通行已经成为车站客运部门的一个难题.大力发展车站自助查询系统的建设是解决这一难题的主要手段之一.文章分析车站自助查询系统的应用现状,指出目前系统存在的不足与缺陷.结合信息技术的发展方向与我国高速铁路客运车站的发展规划,提出在系统架构和系统功能两个方面进行优化设计的方法.目前,已优化的系统在高速铁路系统试验国家工程实验室试验成功.试验结果表明,该系统满足高速铁路车站旅客自助查询功能的需求,具有稳定性和可扩展性.
