基于城市立交控制因素规避措施评价方法研究

城市立交设计往往需要考虑诸多控制因素,如何避让这些控制因素是方案设计中重点考虑的内容。针对控制因素采取的每一个应对措施都会增加工程的经济成本或社会成本,而合理的避让措施则可以在保证立交功能和景观的情况下,减小工程成本的增幅。列举常见的控制因素避让措施及其适用范围,并讨论针对这些避让措施的普适性评价方法,以为立交方案设计提供参考。

Research on Evadable Measures of Evaluation Methods Based on Control Factors for Urban Interchanges

Design of urban interchanges usually needs to take many control factors into account,and the scheme design should emphasize on evading these control factors.Each countermeasure in allusion to control factors will increase economic cost and social cost of projects,while reasonable evadable measures can reduce growing rate of project cost in the condition of guaranteeing functions and landscapes of interchanges.This paper lists common evadable measures for control factors and their applicable range, and discusses universal evaluation methods for these evadable measures to provide a reference for design of interchange schemes.
