摘    要:前、后支点组合挂篮是针对重庆双碑嘉陵江大桥超重大断面单索面混凝土节段悬臂浇筑施工而发明的一种挂篮结构体系。该体系前、后支点挂篮组合,可增强挂篮总体稳定性,并减轻其结构自重。作为2种受力特征和变形特征完全不同的挂篮,其组合结构变形协调性以及对施工的影响是研究的重点。基于大量理论分析和试验,分别采用2种不同的挂篮组合刚度设计来分析其体系在变形协调方面的特征,并提出综合性解决措施,使该挂篮体系得到成功实施。

Abstract:Combined movable suspended scaffolding with front and rear pivots is a structural system of movable suspended scaffolding invented for pouring construction of concrete for segmental cantilever of overload large section and one cable plane of Chongqing ShuangbeiJialing River Bridge.This system contains two sets of movable suspended scaffoldings with rear pivots and one set of movable suspended scaffoldings with front pivots,and such combination gives play to their respective advantages for co-working and mutual support and can strengthen overall stability of movable suspended scaffoldings and reduce dead load of structure.As movable suspended scaffoldings with totally different stress feature and deformation feature,the deformation compatibility of combined structure of movable suspended scaffoldings with front and rear pivots and influences on construction are emphases of research.Based on plenty of theoretical analyses and test,this paper adopts combined rigidity design of two different movable suspended scaffoldings to analyze the features of combined movable suspended scaffoldings with front and rear pivots in deformation compatibility,and proposes comprehensive solutions to enable successful implementation of such movable suspended scaffolding system.
