摘    要:航海模拟器已经广泛应用于港航设计论证中,针对模拟论证对电子海图数据的使用要求,分析了电子海图数据的来源和途径,特别介绍了IHO(International Hydrographic Organization,国际海道组织)S-57、MVCF(Military Vector Chart Format,军用矢量数据)和CAD(Computer Aided Design,计算机辅助设计)等格式数据.提出了一套科学合理的电子海图数据生成方法,特别是设计了合理的ENC(Electronic Nautical Chart)数据结构和多种海图数据来源的转换流程,研究了光栅图片的数字化技术,以及多幅海图的融合方法.经过一百多个港航设计论证项目实践证明,应用效果良好.

Abstract:Navigational simulator has been widely applied in assessment of navigational safety of harbor and waterway design. Aimed at the needs of ENC (Electronic Nautical Chart) data for the assessment, the sources ENC data, such as S-57 data, MVCF (Military Vector Chart Format) data and CAD (Computer Aided Design) data, are analyzed. A set of scientific methods of generating ENC data is presented. Rational ENC data structure and various chart data source conversion flow chart are designed. Digitization technology of raster images for CAD design drawings and optimization approaches and data integration methods are studied. The software to edit chart data is also developed with good performance. This technology has been proved successively by its applications in more than 100 practical projects.
