| 摘 要： | 由于汽车内部需要密封的部位具有多样性,就要求防水型连接器本身的结构也应随着使用部位的改变而变化。常见的防水型连接器的设计和使用已经比较普遍,只要在设计过程中计算出合理的密封过盈量,密封的目的就可以实现。而对于一些特殊结构的防水设计,就要具体问题具体分析。本文设计方案是根据汽车示廓灯部位的防水要求,而设计的一种新型的闭合式防水结构。

| Abstract: | The structure of waterproof connector should change along with the change of its application position as the parts needing sealing inside car are various. The design and application of the common waterproof connector are relatively universal. As long as a reasonable amount of sealing interference is calculated in the design process, the purpose of sealing can be achieved. A new closed waterproof structure is designed according to the waterproof requirements of clearance lamp. |
