摘    要:节流阀体是汽车上重要的发动机管理系统零部件,控制着发动机的进气量,俗称油门。节流阀体也是汽车售后品质投诉和索赔的重点零部件。随着技术的发展,电子节流阀体有取代机械节流阀体的趋势。但机械节流阀体因控制简单、成本低等因素,仍然占据着部分市场份额。怠速控制是汽车运行的重要工况,怠速品质问题也是顾客投诉的热点,而节流阀体是怠速控制的重要零部件。本文将从控制功能上详述这两种节流阀体的控制原理,帮助我们认识其优缺点,从而控制品质。

Abstract:The throttle body is a very important EMS component of car which controls the intake air into engine. It is also a key component in idle speed quality control. With the development of technology, the electronic throttle body seems to take the place of the mechanical kind though the latter is still used because of its easy control and low cost. The control principles of the two kinds of throttle body are detailed here to help us know their advantages and shortcomings in order to control idle speed quality.
