基于模糊理论的公路旅客满意度综合评价研究

摘    要:在分析影响公路旅客满意度因素的基础上,综合考虑公路旅客满意度影响因素以及评价指标的模糊性,提出可以应用模糊数学方法对公路旅客满意度进行评价。在此基础上,建立了公路旅客满意度模糊综合评判模型,并应用实例验证了模型的实用性。

Abstract:Based on analyzing factors that affect the degree of passenger satisfaction of the highway trans- portation product and the fuzzy attribute of factors and assessment index,a fuzzy comprehensive assessment method of the degree of passenger satisfaction for the highway transportation product is proposed.Then a fuzzy com- prehensive assessment model is built in this paper.The efficiency of the model is examined through an example.
