| 摘 要： | 阐述了城市宏观交通组织对解决城市交通问题的意义,在此基础上,从道路可接受服务水平、交通组织措施优选和拥堵范围3个角度分析了城市宏观交通组织方案的设计思路,给出了较完整的交通组织方案设计流程,并将其模拟应用于重庆朝天门地区交通组织方案优化。

| Abstract: | After the meaning of Urban Macro Traffic Organization（UMTO）for solving urban traffic problem is put forward,the design thought of UMTO is analyzed from three aspect such as acceptable service level of road net,optimized choosing method of traffic organization measure,range of congestion.And the entire process of UMTO design is set forth in this article.In the end,an example is given.UMTO can be used as one kind of practical method for improving urban traffic organization. |
