摘    要:本文以8种汽车零件为例,说明感应热处理工艺具有提高零件机械性能、减少淬火变形、节约能源、降低生产成本、环保以及生产效率高等多方面的优点,还简略介绍了低淬透性钢,限淬透性钢及整体加热表面淬火法。

Abstract:With eight kinds of auto parts as examples,this article described the technology of induction heating treatment that widely used in modern automobile production. This technolgoy has many advantages such as improving mechanical performance,decreasing quenching deformation,saving energy, reducing production cost, better environmental friendliness and hghter production efficiency, etc. This article also briefly introduce the low hardenability steel, controllable hardenability steel and the method of single shot hardening
