摘    要:建立了车轮弯曲疲劳寿命的有限元分析模型,考虑了过盈配合和螺栓预紧力的影响,最后采用双轴比例疲劳方法预测了车轮的疲劳寿命.通过实际疲劳寿命结果的验证,考虑装配因素模型的分析结果与实际情况更加吻合,从而为高精度弯曲疲劳有限元建模提供了可以借鉴的方法.

Abstract:Finite element analysis model of wheel bending fatigue life is established considering the influence of bolt pre-tightening force and interference fit.The fatigue life of wheel is predicted by using proportional multiaxial fatigue approach.Through the validation of the actual fatigue life result,the analysis result of the model concerning assembly factors is consistent with the actual situation,which can provide reference to finite element modeling of high-precision bending fatigue.
