| 摘 要： | 介绍了叶片式可变排量机油泵的国内外研究和应用进展,分析了国外已投产的几种叶片式可变排量机油泵的原理及效果,并与定排量机油泵进行了性能对比。对比显示叶片式变排量机油泵在降低燃油消耗和噪声等方面有较多技术优势。此外,对国内机油泵产业的现状进行了分析,提出了叶片式可变排量机油泵开发的IDEF0模型。

| Abstract: | The development of variable displacement vane pump at home and aboard is introduced,and the principle and effect of the existing variable displacement vane pumps analyzed.In comparison with the traditional constant displacement pump,variable displacement vane pump can reduce fuel consumption and noise.In addition,the current status of the domestic oil pump industry is analyzed,and the IDEF0 model about the development of variable displacement vane pump is put forward. |
