摘 要: | 通过Double Monod模型对膜片弹簧特性曲线进行跟随,通过xPC对膜片弹簧模拟系统的试验台架进行实时控制,能够对膜片弹簧的特性进行快速、准确模拟。作为液压系统的工作负载,能够对离合器膜片弹簧选型、变速器液压系统设计和离合器控制开发提供可靠依据和指导。

Abstract: | The diaphragm spring characteristic curve is followed through Double Monod model.Real-time control on test bench of diaphragm spring simulation system by xPC can progress fast and accurate simulation of the characteristics of the diaphragm spring.As the work load of the hydraulic system,reliable guidance and fundamental can be provided to clutch diaphragm spring choose,transmission hydraulic system design and clutch control development. |
