对高校体育课太极拳教学的现状分析

现在高校太极拳教学多是有外而无内,有形而无神,只有套路教学,忽视了太极拳的基本功的教学,以及配合呼吸在练拳中的作用,未能在根本上抓住太极拳的精髓,教学效果也大打折扣。本文对高校体育课太极拳教学进行了分析,从太极拳的运动特点和高校体育的价值出发,改革太极拳教学方法,对目前太极拳教学提出了新的要求,以求提高太极拳教学效果,推进高校体育课太极拳教学更高、更快、更好地发展。

Research on the Present statuses of College Taijiquan Teaching

At present,some problems occur in college Taijiquan teaching such as teaching the appearances of the sport rather than the inside,its form instead of spirit,and neglect of breath application,so the teaching effectiveness is largely damaged.This paper analyzes the current conditions of college Taijiquan teaching,and puts forward some new ideas on this course reform in order to expand the better development of this course teaching.
