| Abstract: | The design phase influences the construction investment of highway greatly,and the preliminary design phase is the key to control the construction cost of the whole design phase.Through the comparison of main scheme and the analysis of construction cost in the preliminary survey phase of preliminary design,the article discusses the reasonable application of the new idea of reducing the construction cost so as to reach the aim of analyzing and controlling the engineering construction cost. |
