| 摘 要： | 介绍了利用AutocAD VBA对三环板针摆行星传动减速器针齿壳内曲线的加工结果进行检验的方法并编制了相应软件．以环板中心为原点建立坐标系，在AutocAD中用其二次开发工具VBA编程自动绘制出环板针齿壳内曲线和摆线轮相对于环板的运动包络线，通过它们的干涉情况可以判断在加工针齿壳内曲线时铣刀选取是否合理．为了检验摆线轮相对于环板运动包络出包络线的准确性，还介绍了绘制摆线轮运动曲线族的内容．本文介绍的方法和编制的软件可用于指导现场中环板针齿壳内曲线加工铣刀的选取。

| Abstract: | The method of inspecting ring-plate inner curve of process result of double crack three ring-plate cycloid by AutoCAD is introduced.Taking the center point of the ring-plate as the origin of the system coordinates and using VBA program,the ring-plate inner curve and the curve of cycloid motion to the ring-plate are drawed automatically.According to the operation result,conclusion is made whether the choice of milling cutter is proper.The methods and the program can be used to guide the choice of milling cutter when processing the inner curve of pin gear housing in double crack three ring-plate cycloid reducer. |
