摘    要:铁路应急平台是铁路应急管理工作的技术保障系统,铁路局应急平台作为铁路应急平台的核心,按照层次结构设计,具有应急值守、应急预案管理、应急资源管理、应急处置等功能,运用了数字化应急预案、基于BDS的应急通信、基于GIS的辅助处置等技术.铁路局应急平台实际应用效果良好,为铁路应急管理工作发挥了重要作用.

Design and key technologies for emergency platform of railway administration

Abstract:Railway emergency platform was a technical supporting system. As the core of railway emergency platform, it was designed according to the hierarchical structure, and had the function such as emergency duty,emergency plan management, emergency resource management, emergency disposal, and used the digital emergency plans, emergency communication based on BDS, disposal support based on G1S, and so on. Railway emergency platform was with good effect in practice, and played an important role in railway emergency management.
