| 摘 要： | 大多数工程船舶的工作环境较为恶劣。振动、冲击等极易造成相关设备某些部件的松动,影响设备的正常运行。分析了工程船舶绞机刹车带调节螺母经常松动的原因,提出以防松件替代锁紧螺母的改进方法,得到良好效果。

| Abstract: | The working condition of most engineering vessels are rather bad.The vibration and impulsive force could make some parts loose easily,which impacts the normal operation.This paper analyses the reasons of looseness of the adjusting nut on the brake belt of the winch,puts forward an improvement method of the looseness-against piece instead of locking nut.It has got good results. |
