不同石料SMA沥青混合料水稳定性研究

摘    要:为降低SMA造价,选择玄武岩、辉绿岩、石灰岩、花岗岩等四种石料不同组合配置SMA沥青混合料,以评价水稳定性为切入点,采用真空饱水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、多轮车辙仪(RLQT)试验、高温水煮法试验以及掺配抗剥落剂试验等开展对比研究,探索利用成本低廉强度高的酸性花岗岩石料配置SMA的可行性。试验结果表明,不同石料SMA各组合方案中,花岗岩粗集料组合的结果最差,而掺配抗剥落剂的花岗岩SMA能够获得理想的水稳定性。

Abstract:In order to lower the cost of SMA,select four kinds of stones including basalt,diabase,limestone,and granite to combine SMA bituminous mixture.To evaluate the water stability,using the vacuum moisture saturation Marshall test,freeze thaw split test,Rutermeter(RLWT) test,high temperature water boiling test,and adding antistripping agent test to conduct comparative study,exploring the feasibility of using low-cost and high-strength acidic granite to combine SMA bituminous mixture.The results indicate that,in different schemes,the effects of the combination of granite coarse aggregate is the worst,and adding antistripping agent granite SMA can achieve the desired water stability.
