瑞士采用欧洲列车控制系统(ETCS)

摘    要:瑞士今后以160 km/h以上速度运行的新铁路线需采用新的信号和列车安全防护系统,对此选择了欧洲列车控制系统(ETCS).该系统不但能满足所提出的要求,而且是一种长期经济的和欧洲铁路互用的最佳方法.瑞士整个准轨铁路不久将都要采用ETCS系统.文章扼要介绍瑞士铁路现有的列车安全防护系统SIGNUM和ZUB121的情况,按运营和经济观点介绍由现有系统变更的第2级ETCS,目的是在过渡时期内尽快地取消多重车载装置.

Abstract:The Swiss Federal Office of Transport has decided in favour of a generalized introduction of ETCS for the standard-gaugerailways in Switzerland. For newly-built lines with speeds of greater than 160 km/h, the Office insists on ETCS Level 2. In the longer term,the other lines are also to be upgraded to Level 2 on both economic and interoperability grounds. During the transitional period, it is hoped tominimize the need for multiple systems to be installed on any locomotives or power cars still to be built, so the Office, in cooperation withthe railways, has drawn up an appropriate migration strategy from the current train-protection systems, SIGNUM and ZUB 121, to ETCSLevel 2.
