太原城市防洪信息化建设初探

在继续搞好防洪工程建设的同时 ,加强非工程措施 ,应用现代化的科技信息手段 ,变被动抗洪为主动预防 ,显得愈来愈重要。本文介绍了太原市建立“东西山降水遥测系统”、“防汛气象监视预报系统”、“城市防洪决策支持系统”的情况 ,从而提高了城市防洪的预报水平。

Preliminary Approach to Urban Flood-Control Informationization Construction in Taiyuan

While continuously making the construction of flood-control project, it is more and more important to reinforce measures of the non-project, apply the modem science and technical information means and regain the initiative for flood-control.The paper introduces the conditions of"remote monitoring system of waterfall from the eastern and the western mountains","monitoring system for flood-control meteorology"and"supporting system of urban flood-control decision" established in Taiyuan City. So it improves the forecast level of the urban flood-control.
