摘    要:机车运行在任何场合器件结温不得超过额定值,这是整流机组正常运行的必要条件,以SS6型电力机车整流机组起动过程结温计算为例,提供了计算方法,供有关专业人员设计、计算、故障分析时参考。

Abstract:For normal working of rectifier,the junction temperature of semiconductor devices shall not be higher than the ratings under various running conditions of locomotives.Taking the rectifier of SS 6 electric locomotive as an example,the author describes his way of calculating the junction temperature during the starting of rectifiers,for the reference of certain personnel in their designs,calculations and fault analysis.
