| Abstract: | The article analyzed the main problems in the rural road management and maintenance, proposed the detailed practices to promote the sustainable development of rural road management and maintenance such as the innovative regulatory system, the implementation of management and maintenance separation, the awareness cultivation of public road-loving and road-protection, the establishment of stable long-term financing channels of management and maintenance funds, as well as the vocational technical capacity promotion of management and maintenance staff. |
