门机回转惯性载荷对传动系统的影响

摘    要:分析门机回转机构起制动时惯性载荷对传动装置性能的影响,给出了各类回转阻力矩以及各工况下传动系统所受阻力矩的计算公式,并以四连杆门机为例计算出各种工况下电机的功率以及行星减速器输出轴所受的外阻力矩,作为回转机构传动系统选型计算的依据。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the effect of inertial load caused by slewing gear of portal crane when it brakes on the performance of the transmission mechanism, and gives the computational formulas for all kinds of slewing resisting torques and those in transmission system at every different working case. In addition, it takes the double lever jib portal crane as example, and gives the power of motor and the applied resisting torque on output shaft of the planetary reducer on every case, so that the results can be as a reference as the type selection calculation to the transmission system of slewing gear.
