摘    要:超薄白色罩面作为一种新型路面结构在国外得到广泛应用,其特定的路面结构要求超薄水泥砼面层与沥青层层间较好联结,因而层间抗剪性能对保证路面正常使用具有重要意义.设计了基于便携式剪切仪的层间界面剪切试验,采用水泥砼和沥青砼复合试件模拟超薄白色罩面和旧沥青面层的结合状态,得到了界面剪切强度随温度和竖向压力的规律.同时验证了该试验的可行性.

Abstract:Ultra-thin Whitetopping is widely used abroad as a new kind of pavement structure. Because of the special structure of UTW, the thin concrete surface is strongly required to keep good bonding with the underlying asphalt layer. As a result, The shearing property at the interface is of great importance to ensure the performance of UTW under traffic. A shearing test at the interface is designed on the basis of utilizing a portable shearing device. Compound samples with the upper part of concrete and the under layer of asphalt mixture are prepared to simulate the bonding condition between UTW and the asphalt layer. The law is reached of the shearing strength at the intersection changing with the temperature and the vertical pressure. On the other hand, the feasibility of the shearing test is verified.
