低功率氙光单元组的开发

摘    要:以华晨V5车型氙光组为例,通过选取光源、挡板和参数,设计多椭球反射杯,并运用ASAP进行配光模拟,从而实现氙光单元的开发设计.最后通过PAS单元进行实际配光模拟和样件实车夜视对比分析,得出配有25W低功率氙光单元照明系统的车辆具有更佳的照明效果.

Abstract:Taking the xenon light group on Brilliance V5 models as an example, the development and design of the xenon unit group can be realized by choosing the parameters of light source, shield and lens, designing the ellipsoids reflector cup and using the ASAP to make a lighting simulation. Finally, through the actual lighting simulation by PAS and the contrast analysis of night vision on a sample vehicle, it leads to a conclusion that the vehicle equipped with the designed 25W xenon unit group has the better lighting effect.
