| 摘 要： | 科学发展与社会和谐具有内在统一的辩证关系.首先,和谐必须是发展中的和谐.这是因为,构建社会主义和谐社会是一个动态的发展过程,和谐必须在发展中实现;发展又是构建社会主义和谐社会的根本动力.其次,科学发展必须是和谐的发展.从历史经验看,离开和谐谈发展,不是真正的发展;从科学发展的科学内涵看,和谐是科学发展的应有之义;从我国经济社会的现实看,只有和谐的发展才符合中国特色社会主义道路."四位一体"的总体布局是实现科学发展与社会和谐的基本途径.

| Abstract: | Scientific development and social harmony are a dialectical unity.Firstly,harmony must involve development because the construction of a socialist harmonious society is a dynamic process.Harmony must be achieved in the process of development,while development gives impetus to the construction of a socialist harmonious society.Secondly,scientific development must be harmonious development.Historically speaking,development without harmony is not real development.Conceptually speaking,harmony is part and parcel of scientific development.Only harmonious development is up to the requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The overall arrangement of "Four-in-one" is the essential way in which the unity of scientific development and social harmony can be realized. |
