138m钢箱叠拱桥耳板锚固结构应力分析

摘    要:钢箱叠拱桥耳板锚固结构构造较复杂,受力集中,是控制设计的关键部位,对哈大铁路客运专线新开河特大桥1-138 m钢箱叠拱桥通过弹性力学解析法、模型试验法、有限元分析法研究耳板锚固结构的应力分布规律,分析耳板应力,其最大点位于销孔上缘,耳板下部远离销孔区域应力依次递减。可以通过加焊圆盘钢板降低销孔附近应力值,同时应当重视加焊圆盘钢板下焊趾处的设计。

Stress Analysis on Ear-Plate Anchorage Structure of 138-m Steel-Box Superimposed Arch Bridge

Abstract:With complicated mechanical composition and concentrated stresses,the ear-plate anchorage structure of steel-box superimposed arch bridge is a key part which dominates the design.This paper was based on the 1-138 m steel-box superimposed arch bridge,a super major bridge over the Xinkai River.In this paper the stress distributions of the ear-plate anchorage structure and the ear-plate were researched by using elastic mechanics analysis method,model test method and finite element analysis method.The research results show that the maximum stress will appear in the top edge of pin hole; the stresses will decrease progressively along the ear-plate's lower part away from the pin hole.It is suggested in this paperthat the stresses around the pin hole can be decreased by additional welded disc plates; and at the same time,more attentions should be paid to the design of the lower weld toes of the additional welded disc plates.
