活性粉末混凝土预应力叠合梁抗剪强度

摘    要:将活性粉末混凝土运用于无粘结预应力混凝土叠合梁,梁中未配任何形式的箍筋。通过分析影响活性粉末混凝土无粘结预应力叠合梁抗剪强度的诸多因素,结合试验结果,选取其中最为关键的几个因素,如活性粉末混凝土与后浇混凝土的抗拉强度、截面尺寸、纵向受拉钢筋的配筋率以及有效预应力等,建立了比较符合活性粉末混凝土无粘结预应力叠合梁抗剪强度试验结果的两个公式,并将之与其他现行公式的计算结果进行了对比。结果表明,我国现有公式在计算活性粉末混凝土无粘结预应力叠合梁的抗剪承载力时是偏于保守的。

Abstract:Reaction powder concrete is applied in the unbonded prestressed composited beams without any stirrups. Influencing factors on the shea-bearing capacity of the RPC unbonded composited beam are analyzed and the testing results are considered, The most important elements, such as the tension strength of Reaction powder concrete and the post-casted concrete, dimension of the section, arrangement ratio of the longitudinal tensive bar and the effective prestress are selected. Then two formulae conforming to the tested results of the RPC unbonded prestressed composited beam are established and are compared with the results of other existing formulae. It shows that the existing formulae tend to be conservative in calculating the diagonal section strength of the RPC unbonded composited beam.
