弹簧碰撞塑性应变及有限元分析的材料模型选用研究

摘    要:采用有限元软件仿真分析了弹簧碰撞塑性应变特性及材料模型对塑性应变和当量应力的影响。建立弹簧模型,假定弹簧材料不变,使用不同速度的撞击物撞击弹簧,撞击物模型分别选用刚体模型和动塑性模型,分析塑性应变的产生原因。仿真结果表明了刚体模型和动塑性模型对塑性应变及最大当量应力的影响,对碰撞仿真过程中材料模型的选取具有指导意义。

Abstract:The plastic strain characteristics of spring collision and the material model's affection on plastic strain and von mises stress were analyzed by Finite Element Software.The spring's material was supposed to be constant.The rigid body model and plastic kinematic model were selected to hit the spring with different speeds.Afterward,the reason of producing plastic strain was analyzed.The simulation results testified rigid body model and plastic kinematic model's affection on plastic strain and von mises stress.And the simulation results have an guiding significance on the selection of materials.
