铁路剧毒品货物运输实时监控系统

为实现剧毒品货物原始信息的及时发送和接收，实时查询剧毒品货物运输信息，实时追踪和监控剧毒品货物运输车辆，提出通过GPS车载监控装置、地面货物检测识别装置、计算机系统和铁路数据通信网络构建覆盖铁道部、铁路局、剧毒品办理站的3级剧毒品货物运输实时监控管理网络。整个系统由铁道部、铁路局剧毒品货物监控中心系统和剧毒品专办站剧毒品货物信息管理系统组成，通过铁路数据通信网实现各系统间的互连。监控中心系统的功能模块包括短信数据接收、GPS数据处理、信息传输、警示信息处理、剧毒品货物动态信息接收和处理、剧毒品货物车辆位置实时显示以及主控制系统模块。剧毒品货物信息管理系统包括剧毒品货物信息采集模块、货物出／入库信息核对模块、货物进出库动态监测及错误报警模块等。

Real-Time Monitoring System for the Transportation of Railway Toxicity Goods

Real-time monitoring and management network for the transportation of goods with severe toxicity is proposed to realize the timely transmission of the original information of goods with severe toxicity, the real-time inquiry of the transportation information of goods with severe toxicity, real-time tracking and monitoring of the transportation vehicles for goods with severe toxicity. It is composed of GPS on-board monitoring device, trackside goods examination and identification device, computer system, and railway data communication networks. It covers 3 levels of real-time monitoring and management networks for the transportation of goods with severe toxicity, namely, the Ministry of Railways, Railway Administrations, and stations for handling goods with severe toxicity. The whole system is built up by the Ministry of Railways, the monitoring center system of Railway Administration for goods with severe toxicity, and the in- formation management system of the stations specially for handling goods with severe toxicity. The interconnection between various systems is achieved by railway data communication networks. The functional modules of the monitoring center system involve message data reception module, GPS data processing module, data transmission module, caution information processing module, dynamic information reception and processing module of goods with severe toxicity, real-time display module of the transportation vehicles for goods with severe toxicity, and the master control system module. Information management system for goods with severe toxicity mainly covers the information acquisition module for goods with severe toxicity, information check module for goods in/out storage, dynamic monitoring module for goods in/out storage, and error alarm module, etc.
