船舶碰撞后应急措施的探讨

摘    要:分析了船舶碰撞后采用微速顶措施来减少船舶进水量其做法的误区。针对船舶碰撞后当进水量大于排水量和进水量小于排水量两种情况下,本文探讨了应采用何种应急措施,使船舶总损失减少到最小的问题。

Abstract:It is always misunderstood that the flooding velocity could be reduced through taking the measures of push with dead slow ahead after collision between ships.This article analyses two consequences after collision between ships: the flooding velocity is more than the draining velocity or reversely,and gives some new opinions about how to minimize the total loss of the ships
